We provide enabling technology infrastructure that allows regulated institutions to launch financial services without replacing their core systems or running long digital transformation projects.

Foundations

The first weeks are designed so you understand Zelify end to end: where we come from, where we’re going, how the business model works, and what we ship. You’ll see how modular architecture, our technical stack, and our compliance framework connect to the markets and institutions we serve.

That context is reinforced through conversations and sessions that span strategy and operations—leadership context, product vision, how we think about APIs and integration, regulation by country, and the security and compliance standards that apply to everything we build.

Onboarding structure

Preboarding

Before day one we handle administration and essentials—contracts, access, compliance policies, benefits, and your offer letter—so you arrive with clarity.

In your first days we align on role and responsibilities, assign an onboarding buddy, and help you start your internal network. Your first six months include monthly check-ins and a culture of open dialogue.

Onboarding buddy

Leads assign each new hire an onboarding mentor or buddy to support integration.

Initial orientation

Initial orientation lasts up to one week. During this time:

  • technical setup is completed
  • you attend sessions on culture, company structure, and internal policies
  • you get access to Udemy for training on financial technology, Jira, and HubSpot

Office tour

Guided office walkthrough with a team member.

Role-specific training

We balance general onboarding (policies, culture, and organizational structure) with training specific to your role.

One-on-ones with your manager

Zelify makes sure every new hire understands role and expectations: in week one your manager reviews scope, quarterly objectives and key results, how business and team goals connect to your work, and when the first performance conversation happens. After that, monthly follow-ups until you’re fully integrated.

Your role

Here the focus is alignment with concrete deliverables: what we expect from your role, how we measure it with key indicators, who you work with inside Zelify, the roadmap for your area, and the projects you’re on or joining.

Depending on your team, you’ll go deeper into contexts like:

Business

Commercial pipeline, partnerships, and target institutions or markets.

Technology

Platform architecture, APIs, and repositories where the code lives.

Compliance

The Latin American regulatory framework that applies to our products and clients.

Product

The Zelify modules roadmap and product priorities.

Operational integration

We move from theory to execution: joining regional rhythms, learning about active commercial opportunities and strategic clients, and shipping a first deliverable that anchors you with the team.

Depending on your role you’ll use tools such as HubSpot for the sales pipeline, Slack for regional coordination, Jira for technical work, API documentation and sandboxes, internal repositories, and financial reporting where relevant.

That you fully understand Zelify, take growing ownership of your scope, and that your work shows up in real team metrics—whether that’s closing opportunities, shipping features, activating partners, documenting processes, building proposals, or helping open markets, depending on your role.
